Watch out for

Entertainment, Cinema, Sports, and Kids passes are separate subscriptions — cancelling one does NOT cancel the others
NOW Boost (the ad-free HD add-on) is cancelled automatically when all passes are cancelled, but continues if any pass remains active
NOW TV Broadband cancellations require 30 days notice by phone (0333 003 1003) or in-app — online cancellation is not available for broadband
Rolling monthly pass — cancellation stops renewal at the next billing date; you keep full access until that date

Step by step

Go to nowtv.com and sign in with your account

Click your account icon in the top right and select My Account

Click My Passes (or Membership & Passes)

Find the pass you want to cancel — Entertainment, Cinema, Sports, or Kids

Click Manage next to that pass, then Cancel Pass

Follow the on-screen prompts — NOW may offer a discount or pause option; proceed past these if you want to cancel

Confirm cancellation. Your pass stays active until its next renewal date, shown on the confirmation screen

Open the NOW app on your phone, tablet, or smart TV

Tap your profile or account icon and go to Account

Tap My Passes or Manage Passes

Find the pass you want to cancel

Tap Cancel Pass and confirm

Before you cancel

💡NOW TV lets you pause individual passes for 1, 2, or 3 months instead of cancelling — go to My Account → My Passes → Pause Pass. Your subscription resumes automatically after the pause with no data loss.
💡Each pass (Entertainment, Cinema, Sports, Kids) is a separate subscription — cancel only the passes you no longer want. Other passes remain active and unaffected.
💡If you subscribed through Amazon Prime Video Channels or Apple TV Channels, you must cancel through those platforms — the Cancel button on the NOW TV website will not work for third-party billing.
💡If you have NOW Boost, it is tied to your passes. Cancelling all passes removes Boost automatically — you will not be charged separately.

What happens to your account

After cancellation

Your NOW TV account and any remaining active passes stay intact after you cancel individual passes. Cancelled passes remain fully usable until their next renewal date, after which access to that pass's content is removed. Your account data, profile, and watch history are retained.

When billing stops

NOW TV stops billing you for a cancelled pass on its next renewal date — not immediately. There is no refund for the remainder of the current billing month.

How to reactivate

To reactivate, sign back into nowtv.com or the NOW app and choose a pass. You can resubscribe at any time — there is no reactivation grace period. Your watch history and continue-watching data are usually preserved.
