Step by step

Go to paramountplus.com and sign in with your account

Click your profile icon in the top right corner

Select Account from the dropdown menu

Under Subscription, click Cancel Subscription

Select a reason (optional) and click Continue to Cancel

Click Confirm Cancellation — you keep full access until your billing period ends

On iPhone / iPad

Open iOS Settings and tap your name at the top

Tap Subscriptions

Find Paramount+ and tap it

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Before you cancel

💡If you subscribed via Amazon Prime Video Channels, you must cancel through Amazon — search for Paramount+ in your Amazon account under Prime Video Channels and cancel there. The Paramount+ website cannot cancel Amazon billing.

💡If you subscribed via Apple, cancel through iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, not on the Paramount+ website.

💡Paramount+ has no pause feature — once cancelled, you lose access at the end of the billing period with no way to temporarily hold your account.

💡Check if you're part-way through a Paramount+ original series — your watchlist and continue-watching data may not be preserved across a long gap in subscription.

What happens to your account

After cancellation

Your Paramount+ account remains fully active until the last day of your current billing period. After that date you lose access to all content. Your profile and viewing history may be preserved for a limited time if you resubscribe.

When billing stops

Paramount+ stops billing you as soon as you confirm cancellation. You will not be charged again. There is no pro-rata refund for unused days in the current billing period.

How to reactivate

To reactivate, go to paramountplus.com and choose a subscription plan. You can resubscribe at any time and your account will be restored. Your watchlist data availability depends on how long ago you cancelled.

Go to paramountplus.com and sign in with your original email and password

Click Subscribe or Restart Subscription on the homepage or account page

Choose your preferred plan

Enter or confirm your payment details

Your subscription begins immediately and your watch history may be partially restored
